Who is responsible for your information

FHS Solutions is the trading name of Sumaya Mia Akthar, a sole trader. Sumaya Mia Akthar is responsible for the personal information handled by FHS Solutions.

• your service address or postcode;
• details of the services, training or support you require; and
• correspondence, appointment and quotation information.

How and why we use it
