Information we may collect
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we may receive:
- your name and organisation;
- your email address and telephone number;
- your service address or postcode;
- details of the services, training or support you require; and
- correspondence, appointment and quotation information.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs, to operate and protect the website.
How and why we use it
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and recommend an appropriate service;
- prepare quotations and arrange appointments, training or contracted support;
- deliver and administer requested services;
- maintain business, safety, accounting and legal records; and
- protect our website, customers and business from misuse or fraud.
We normally rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, and legal obligations. We use consent where the law requires it, including for optional electronic marketing.
Who we may share it with
We may share only the information needed with service contractors, course or assessment providers, equipment suppliers, IT and hosting providers, email and communications providers, professional advisers, insurers, or public authorities where necessary. We do not sell personal information.
If you choose WhatsApp or another external service, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms. Some technology providers may process information outside the UK and are responsible for using appropriate legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up and manage the requested service. Information connected with customers, contracts, safety work, payments or disputes may be retained for longer where required for business, insurance, tax or legal purposes. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to how it is used. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact us using the details above.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal responsibilities change.
